Overview

We’re a growing multi-location residential cleaning company with a strong recurring client base. We are now building a structured membership model designed to increase predictability, retention, and long-term margin stability across all locations.

• Design and deliver clear and differentiated membership tiers
• Develop upgrade and retention logic to reduce churn
• Create a margin-focused pricing structure
• Develop a scalable rollout framework across multiple locations

• Experience building subscription or recurring models in home services, SaaS, or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of LTV, churn reduction, unit economics, and retention systems.

This is a fixed-fee, project-based engagement with competitive compensation based on experience.
