* At least 2 years of client service experience.
* High computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce preferred.
* Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail with strong phone etiquette, grammar, and spelling.
* Ability to solve problems and work independently with minimal supervision.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
