As a Business Growth Advisor, you'll partner with Account Managers to empower Scorpion’s Home Services to achieve their growth ambitions. Leveraging Scorpion's cutting-edge digital marketing solutions—including web design, CMS, SEO, SEM, social media advertising, reputation management, email marketing, and website chat—you will identify growth opportunities, present tailored strategies, and drive impactful results.
In this role, you’ll focus on nurturing client relationships, interpreting data, and aligning marketing tactics with client goals. By collaborating with Account Managers and fostering trusted partnerships, you will help clients maximize the value of Scorpion’s services, setting them up for long-term success.
What Your Success Will Look Like- Client Strategy and Growth
- Lead high-level strategic consultations with clients to align digital marketing investments with their broader business objectives.
- Showcase the ROI of increased marketing investments by linking strategies to measurable revenue growth.
- Upsell and Expansion
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and pursue tailored upsell opportunities that meet client needs using data-driven insights.
- Data-Driven Consulting
- Leverage Scorpion’s proprietary analytics platforms to analyze complex data, generate clear insights, and create customized reports.
- Present actionable recommendations that simplify data for clients and highlight impactful strategies.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership
- Partner with internal teams—including product, data, and marketing—to deliver seamless, comprehensive solutions for clients.
- Model for Account Managers upselling techniques and client engagement strategies.
- Process and Framework Development
- Develop and refine frameworks and SOPs to streamline efforts and illustrate the role’s business impact.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that enhance client experiences and improve internal processes.
- Vertical Knowledge
- Home Service Product Expertise: Build deep knowledge of Scorpion’s digital marketing products and services, enabling you to deliver tailored recommendations across Home Services verticals such as roofing, solar, HVAC, plumbing, and more
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience
- 3+ years of inside sales experience and experience in account growth or consultative sales.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding performance targets and delivering client-focused solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, online advertising, content marketing, and analytics.
- Proficient in CRM tools, data analytics platforms, and presentation software.
