We are currently looking for a Revenue Analyst in the Las Vegas, NV area. This is a hybrid role – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
JOB SUMMARYThe Revenue Analyst is accountable for analyzing data to understand future demand forecast, historical trends and competition and providing recommendations and/or executing management on rate strategies to achieve budgeted goals for revenue, occupancy and arrivals.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Analyze reports to ensure accuracy for all properties
- Perform rebrand and property management systems conversion tasks
- Communicate and troubleshoot systems issues
- Assist with executing rate & inventory management in respective systems (i.e. OnQ R&I, Clarity, channel manager, and extranets)
- Build promotions in multiple systems
- Communicate new/modified Rate Plans & terms & conditions to System Set-up Team
- Verify reporting is set-up appropriately in multiple systems
- Monitors and ensures rate integrity between website and other distribution channels
- Builds groups in systems
- Assist Regional Revenue Manager & Revenue Manager with research on policies, terms, conditions
- Investigate and resolve inventory & other issues
- Submit GDM forms
- Submit I.T. Tickets
- Assist Revenue Manager & Regional Revenue Manager with identifying and communicating rental availability gaps to Inventory Management
- Assist with comp set & market research including rate shops, guarantee, and cancel policies, & updating events/conv calendars
- Assist with reporting as needed
- Assist with training
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned
- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office applications – 2-3 years experience
- Proficient in Excel, Word, & Adobe – 2-3 years experience
- Ability to conduct thorough financial analysis
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to make recommendations to improve performance
