Operational Leadership
- Focus on improving efficiency, consistency, scalability, and overall business performance.
- Serve as the operational backbone of the entire organization, tracking progress, helping leadership translate business goals into scalable processes and measurable results.
- Establish better visibility and accountability measures across teams by creating frameworks, reporting structures, and workflows that improve communication and decision‑making.
- Assess current tools, technologies, and internal practices, recommending improvements that enhance productivity and support future growth.
- Lead key operational initiatives from start to finish, ensuring internal and external stay aligned and projects gain traction.
- Partner with leadership and strategic department heads to improve workforce planning, workload distribution, and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Create strong reporting and insights that help leadership evaluate performance, identify trends, and make strategic business decisions.
- Champion operational consistency across teams, locations, and business functions while maintaining flexibility in an ever‑changing environment.
- Guide teams through process changes, technology adoption, and operational improvements by providing clear direction, training, and support.
- Strengthen internal accountability by establishing expectations, tracking progress, and help teams execute against priorities.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives that support organizational growth, efficiency, and long‑term business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a hybrid client, business operations, and project management focused role within a fast‑paced and high‑volume environment.
- Past experience strategizing and evaluating business challenges, developing solutions, and driving operational improvements across various roles and departments.
- Experience leading system implementations, workflow enhancements, technology rollouts, or large‑scale process change initiatives.
- Strong business mindset with ability to connect operational decisions to financial performance, team productivity, and organizational goals.
- Proven ability to be proactive in influencing stakeholders, building alignment, and gaining buy‑in across teams with varying priorities and perspectives.
- Confident communicator capable of leading discussions, presenting analytics and recommendations, and navigating difficult conversations when necessary.
