Operations & Debrief Analyst

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking an Operations & Debrief Analyst to join the growing team at Nellis AFB for USAFWC Exercise support.

• Participate in planning and execution of Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS), Combatant Command (COCOM), Major Command (MAJCOM), and other high‑level exercises and events.
• Analyze all aspects of Large Force Exercise (LFE) mission and intelligence planning to assess effectiveness and provide lessons‑learned.
• Gather customer requirements, determine technical feasibility, and execute product development to meet exercise needs.
• Participate in development working groups, design reviews, and technical interchange meetings to advise program management on best methods and emerging capabilities.
• Use Python programming to visualize and communicate data sets, create storyboards, mission timelines, and other graphical products for instructional presentations.
• Deliver results and lessons‑learned presentations and reports to participants at an instructional level.
• Maintain effective liaison and integration with national‑level agencies, DoD, services, CCMDs, coalition partners, and intelligence agencies.

• At least 8 years of experience in multi‑domain intelligence exploitation, integration, and analysis.
• At least 5 years of experience in combat operations, F2T2EA
  /Kill‑chain execution & analysis, targeting processes, and dynamic targeting.
• Experience creating mission analysis, summaries, and detailed analytic products for GO‑level delivery.
• Strong analytic skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a demanding environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including briefings to warfighters and staff officers at a senior instructor level.
• Familiarity with current intelligence tools/processes such as FADE/MIST, Bodhi, DIME, SIMDIS, Thresher, Google Earth, ArcGIS, MIDB/NPW, mIRC/Chat Surfer, SNAPGLASS, intelbook, targeting databases, etc.

• Experience developing tools and processes, including tailored visualizations, user‑experience improvements, automation of manual workflows, multi‑system integrations, and after‑action review product creation.
• Experience automating workflows with programming tools (Python, VBA, Excel, etc.).
• Experience with AF ISR, NASIC, NGA, DCGS.
• BS in Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience using theater and national‑level intelligence automated information, systems, tools, databases, and programs.

• Associate's degree in an applicable field with 9+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field with 7+ years of experience.
• Master's degree in an applicable field with 5+ years of experience.
• Graduate of formal USAF/USN platform instructor course desired.

Current Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain access to Special Access Required (SAR) Programs and Special Technical Operations (STO) required.
