We are seeking a motivated and organized professional to support daily team operations, coordinate priorities, and help drive a positive, efficient workplace. In this role, you will work closely with leadership and team members to ensure smooth communication, strong service delivery, and consistent execution of business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of day-to-day team activities.
  • Assist in setting priorities, tracking progress, and helping ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to address questions, resolve issues, and keep work moving forward.
  • Help maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to team operations.
  • Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and consistency.
  • Support onboarding, training, and development efforts for team members as needed.
  • Monitor workflows and elevate concerns or risks to leadership when appropriate.
  • Promote a collaborative, respectful, and accountable team environment.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an administrative, supervisory, or team support role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Comfort using common business tools, including email, spreadsheets, and scheduling systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs and maintain professionalism under pressure.
