You will understand each family deeply enough to predict their needs before they express them—and you will possess the judgment and composure to address what they bring with discretion, warmth, and apparent ease.

Over time, you will not simply be part of their child's school. You will become woven into the way they experience this chapter of their family's journey.

This level of trust is not built through process. It is earned through presence- daily, steady, unhurried. You will be seen at morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up, at the evening gatherings that hold significance, and in the spontaneous one-on-one exchanges that never appear on a schedule. You will create a community families feel compelled to protect, where belonging feels natural and referrals occur because the experience warrants them.

• Take ownership of the relationship with every family on campus—the continuous, evolving relationship that makes parents feel understood, not merely served
• Identify concerns before they surface as conversations, and address them with the discretion and interpersonal skill that preserves trust
• Maintain visible presence where families gather: morning drop-off (7-9am), afternoon pick-up (2-4pm), evening parent gatherings, and occasional weekend activities
• Develop a campus community with authentic depth—events, traditions, and moments that make families feel they are part of something worth defending
• Develop parent advocates naturally, creating experiences so reliably excellent that referrals emerge as the expected result
• Sustain the ongoing dialogue about Alpha's AI-driven model with families addressing screen time concerns, skeptical relatives, and periods of uncertainty—not only at enrollment, but throughout their tenure on campus
• Recognize when a family is not the right match and manage that with the same care you apply to all interactions—protecting the community is integral to serving it
• Create the systems and routines this position demands in a setting where the framework is still taking shape

• Overseeing enrollment—that falls under the Admissions Director's responsibility; your work starts when families enroll and grows from there
• Operating from a desk—your presence within the community defines the role
• Maintaining predictable 9-5 schedules—early mornings, late afternoons, and evening gatherings are core to the job, not occasional additions
• Relying on administrative infrastructure, established protocols, or a complete team—you function with significant autonomy and create what is needed
• Approaching family relationships as accounts requiring management—this role rewards authentic connection, not procedural adherence
