Opportunity
We are seeking an Account Manager at Taylor Visual Impressions, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role you will coordinate internal activities to develop, grow, and retain key accounts, and maintain strong relationships with senior decision makers.

ScheduleMonday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, onsite.
Responsibilities- Serve as the lead point of contact for the customer, acting as an extension of their business.
- Act as a liaison between the customer, cross‑functional internal teams, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products, services, and solutions.
- Establish productive relationships with key customer personnel, including those at the executive level.
- Manage customer communications, conflict resolution, and contract deliverables compliance.
- Problem‑solve using root‑cause analysis and the 5‑Whys technique, develop and implement plans of action, and measure effectiveness with minimal direction.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, documenting and maintaining operating procedures per the Quality Management System.
- Perform data analytics to recommend improvements in service, process, or finance.
- Partner with other department teams to resolve complex customer inquiries and concerns, understanding escalation protocols.
- Participate in customer business reviews, preparing professional presentations and gathering performance metric data.
- Conduct customer needs assessments to identify business development opportunities, supporting sales performance and financial targets.
- Collaborate with Sales to jointly meet requirements.
- 2 years of professional experience in customer service or account management, preferably in printing or manufacturing, job planning, estimating, scheduling, or project management.
- Effective listening and problem‑identification skills; ability to recognize trends and develop customer vision.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including public presentation.
- Ability to establish and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision makers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Q development, root‑cause analysis tools.
- Project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related professional experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, database query/Access, meeting coordination, Q development, e‑commerce systems, ERP, inventory management, QMS process creation, root‑cause analysis tools.
