Parts Counter

$20.00–$25.00 DOE

Monday–Friday, 7:00AM–5:00PM

• Assist all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service and Rental departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory to determine which parts require special ordering.
• Assist the Parts Manager in analyzing and resolving discrepancies between computer inventory and actual parts on hand.

• Previous experience working in the automotive or construction industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls with strong data entry skills and close attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and high competency with computer‑related programs.
• Professional and hardworking with a customer‑friendly approach.
• Comfortable working in a team setting.
• Ability to learn company‑designated software within a reasonable time frame.
• Required experience:
  
  3years in the Construction Equipment industry.
