As we continue to scale our global platform, the HR Assistant will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee experience at the Las Vegas Distribution Center. ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Assistant to join our team at the Las Vegas Distribution Center, supporting the full spectrum of HR department operations in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment.
This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, managing employment records, HR system data, and payroll coordination while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and accuracy. The HR Assistant delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.
