The JOBThe Conversion Lead is at the center of the action—driving seamless, high-impact venue transformations between events while ensuring every transition is executed with precision, speed, and zero room for error.
Starting Rate$24.00 / Per Hour
Day-to-Day Duties- Set and strike staging which may include risers, chairs, bleachers, house drapes, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey dashers, ice making, boxing rings, etc.
- Store equipment in pre-designated areas; perform minor maintenance on equipment used for setting and striking events.
- Operate company vehicle and any mobile equipment related to arena operations.
- Perform administrative duties related to event productions.
- Work along Conversion Tech II staff on all other conversion related duties.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in conversion, stage production, or public venue/event operations, including leadership experience.
- High School Diploma required.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
