We are looking for local director for the established international company expanding its operations in the United States Only administrative duties will be required
Responsibilities- Serve as the appointed director of the US entity
- Sign corporate documents when required
- Participate in occasional corporate decisions and administrative matters
- Maintain communication with company management
- US citizen or permanent resident

- Reliable professional and trustworthy

- Flexible workload typically only a few hours per month
