We are seeking a hands-on, AI first Sr Product Manager - Tech who is passionate about building hardware products from the ground up - with a strong emphasis on design, quality, performance, and customer satisfaction. This is not a coordination role; you will be in the craft of building - writing specs, making prototype, making architectural trade-off decisions, defining AI-powered experiences, shipping product alongside engineers, defining and tracking metrics and results.

You will lead product development and business for consumer- and/or business-facing products globally, spanning hardware, firmware, and software.

We move quickly, make decisions with incomplete information, and expect our PMs to be builders first. This role is inherently cross-functional. You will work closely with hardware and software engineering, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, sales, marketing, finance and executive teams to:
1) bring products to market,
2) develop and grow business opportunities, and
3) enhance our existing products and features. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, and will have a proven track record of shipping products end-to-end and delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.

Key job responsibilities

- Own the definition, design, development, and launch of hardware and software products that delight customers - hands-on, from concept to ship

- Lead the development of product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis, including AI-native and agentic AI experiences

- Define creative, high-quality, simple product roadmaps and make crisp prioritization decisions

- Write detailed business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications that engineering teams can build from directly

- Rapidly prototype solutions independently - create mocks, wireframes, or basic functioning prototypes without waiting for engineering or design resources

- Partner deeply with software and hardware engineering teams daily - participate in design reviews, make trade-off calls, and unblock delivery

- Manage backlog prioritization and trade-offs among customer feedback, business opportunities, performance, and operational load

- Proactively identify and resolve strategic and technical issues that may impair the team's ability to meet goals

- Drive measurable business outcomes - define success metrics, track results, and iterate based on data

A day in the life

You lead product development for our products from the ground up, and lead hardware, firmware, and software verticals. You partner with product leaders, engineering, legal, privacy, marketing and more to deliver delightful customer experiences. You will own the features end to end and anticipate customer needs and plan for future features and improvements. You will advocate for customer experience and maintain strong ownership over customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

- Experience managing technical products or online services

- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, Quick Sight

- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
