YouTube Production Assistant

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a broad, hands-on position supporting podcast production, guest coordination, and day-to-day studio operations.

A major part of the role is keeping potential guests, follow-ups, production tasks, and other projects organized and moving toward completion. Some days you may be coordinating with guests and preparing the studio; on others, you may be organizing footage, handling an equipment return, researching a potential guest, or solving an unexpected problem.

This is intentionally an early-career role for someone who wants to learn quickly and grow into greater responsibility. We are looking for someone dependable, resourceful, and willing to contribute wherever needed.

Professional podcast, You Tube, or editing experience is not required. We care more about work ethic, reliability, judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to learn. We are willing to train the right person.

• Research potential podcast guests and maintain an organized guest pipeline
• Draft guest outreach and manage persistent, professional follow-ups
• Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, releases, arrival instructions, and other guest logistics
• Prepare and reset the podcast studio before and after recordings
• Greet guests and help create a smooth, professional recording-day experience
• Organize, label, transfer, and back up video, audio, and production files
• Learn basic production and editing tasks, including raw cuts and multi-camera angle switching
• Maintain calendars, task lists, production notes, and administrative systems
• Keep the studio and office clean, organized, stocked, and ready for use
• Handle shipping, returns, pickups, equipment runs, and occasional errands
• Help solve unexpected problems in a fast-moving media company

• Interested in growing within the company and earning greater responsibility over time

• Full-time availability Monday through Friday
• Ability to work in person in Las Vegas
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Basic comfort with computers and learning new technology
• Professional written and verbal communication

• Experience with You Tube, podcasts, cameras, audio, lighting, or live production
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software
• Experience in administration, scheduling, hospitality, customer service, events, or operations
• Experience with guest outreach, sales, recruiting, or persistent follow-up
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, inventory, or logistics
