Las Vegas, NV. This role is based in the Las Vegas Metro area; remote work is not an option.
The Regional EHS Director, Construction owns the design, execution, and scaling of a world-class EHS program across a complex and high-risk construction portfolio. This leader operates at the intersection of hyperscale data center delivery, private-equity oversight, and zero-tolerance safety expectations, embedding EHS into how the business plans, builds, and delivers mission-critical infrastructure. With billions of dollars in active construction and multiple concurrent programs, this role requires a hands-on, credible professional who can set the standard for “what good looks like,” influence without bureaucracy, and drive consistent outcomes across stakeholder teams, general contractors, and the supply chain.
Success is measured by regulatory compliance, risk reduction, enabling customer commitments, protecting enterprise value, and ensuring safe, uninterrupted delivery of hyperscale environments.
This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a construction-focused EHS program at scale, partner with senior construction and design leaders, and shape an enterprise platform poised for growth.
