As a Special Projects Construction Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of construction projects within operating data centers. You will coordinate schedules, documentation, resources, and contractor activities to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role works closely with Construction Managers and cross-functional partners to maintain quality, safety, and operational alignment. Your work supports reliable project execution in live environments.

Support development of project plans, schedules, and resource tracking.

Coordinate with Construction Managers, engineers, and contractors to align scope and timelines.

Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness.

Track project milestones and flag schedule or scope risks.

Maintain project documentation, including change orders and progress reports.

Monitor budget tracking and support cost documentation.

Assist with contractor coordination and on-site logistics.

Support quality checks and ensure work aligns with project specifications.

Prepare regular status updates for stakeholders.

Identify process improvements and support implementation of best practices.

You stay organized and manage multiple active tasks without losing detail.

You communicate clearly with contractors and internal teams.

You follow through on commitments and meet deadlines.

You raise risks early and seek practical solutions.

You work well in structured construction environments.

You are comfortable working in active job sites and live operational facilities.

Required

2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction support, or project engineering.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Working knowledge of construction project workflows from preconstruction through closeout.

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work on-site and follow required safety protocols, including use of PPE.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience using Procore or similar construction management software.

Relevant certifications or training in construction management tools or processes.
