Pre-Construction Coordinator

This role supports the pre-construction and bid process for data center development projects in Las Vegas. You coordinate documentation, timelines, and communication across estimating, project management, finance, and external partners to ensure complete and compliant bid submissions. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a structured construction environment.

Coordinate the preparation and submission of bid packages for data center construction projects.

Review project drawings, specifications, and requirements to understand scope and submission deadlines.

Gather required inputs from estimators, project managers, finance, and other internal stakeholders.

Communicate bid requirements and timelines to contractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Collect and organize subcontractor and vendor proposals for review.

Maintain version control and organized storage of bid documents and correspondence.

Track bid milestones and ensure all required documentation is submitted on time.

Prepare pre-qualification documents and confirm compliance with client submission requirements.

Coordinate internal review meetings to confirm scope alignment and document completeness.

Assist in post-bid reviews, analysis of results, and transition to project kickoff.

Support handoff from pre-construction to project execution teams.

Strong organizational skills and disciplined document management.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.

Clear written and verbal communication with internal teams and external partners.

Attention to detail when reviewing construction documents and bid packages.

Ability to operate effectively in a deadline-driven construction environment.

Collaborative approach across estimating, operations, and finance functions.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field.

3 or more years of experience supporting bid coordination or pre-construction efforts.

Familiarity with construction documents, drawings, and bid processes.

Experience using Procore, bid management software, or similar project platforms.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.

OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Experience in data center or mission-critical construction preferred.
