• Oversee daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Manage the project schedule and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and clients.
• Implement best practices for efficient resource management and cost control.

• 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
