GC - Estimator in Las Vegas

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction estimator to join our growing team. In this role, you will review project plans, prepare accurate cost estimates, and work closely with clients, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. • Review project drawings, specifications, and bid documents to prepare detailed cost-estimates.
• Use construction estimating and bidding software to develop competitive proposals.
• Conduct site visits as needed to better understand project scope and requirements.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to gather pricing and clarify scope.
• Negotiate pricing to ensure competitive and accurate bids.
• Prepare complete bid package including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
• Assist with cost tracking and budgeting monitoring throughout the project.

• Proven experience in construction estimating.
• Proficiency with construction estimating and bidding software.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and job site operations, including both offsite and onsite construction.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines efficiently.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $73,596.98 per year
