What You’ll Do

• Lead electrical estimates for commercial, hospitality, mixed‑use, casino projects
• Perform detailed takeoffs using industry‑standard software
• Build accurate budgets, labor projections, and material lists
• Analyze drawings, specs, addendums, and RFP requirements
• Partner with PMs, field leadership, and preconstruction teams to develop winning strategies
• Evaluate vendor quotes, negotiate pricing, and build competitive proposals
• Participate in bid reviews, value engineering, and project handoff meetings
• Track market pricing, labor trends, and competitive intel to sharpen your edge

What You Bring

• 3+ years of electrical estimating experience (commercial construction)
• Strong understanding of NEC, construction sequencing, and electrical systems
• Proficiency with estimating software (Accubid, Con Est, McCormick, or similar)
• Ability to read and interpret complex plans and specifications
• A competitive mindset - you like to win and you know how to build a bid that does
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with field and office teams
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bids at once
