Through our scheduling opportunities, you will gain valuable project management experience and develop a specialized skill set in construction scheduling using Oracle Primavera P6 and ASTA Power project, two highly respected tools in the industry. We believe in selecting and retaining the right people to foster growth through challenging experiences, supportive coaching, and recognizing excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and finalize detailed construction project schedules utilizing Oracle Primavera P6 and ASTA Power project.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients to ensure alignment on project scheduling and deliverables.
  • Create schedules based on construction plans, project specifications, and client-provided information.
  • Monitor project progress, update schedules accordingly, and proactively identify and communicate potential schedule risks.
  • Conduct delay analysis of project schedules, documentation, and costs.
  • Prepare comprehensive impact reports for project stakeholders.
  • Maintain job files, documentation, and other relevant deliverables.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in or knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
  • Strong willingness to learn and a curious, teachable mindset; this role involves significant on-the-job training.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, including effective use of hotkeys and organized electronic file management.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and overcome challenges while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong sense of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding company values and exceeding client expectations.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with a team and share responsibilities toward achieving a common goal.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, understanding both specific details and broader project objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact professionally with clients and team members.
