Job Description Summary
As a Superintendent working for Taylor Morrison you will provide leadership in your assigned community(ies) and will be responsible for managing the homebuilding construction process for assigned homes to ensure timely completion while meeting financial, quality, safety and customer satisfaction goals. The Superintendent responsibilities span a broad spectrum to include project planning/scheduling, resource allocation and subcontractor relations, cost management, safety and compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Foster a team environment
- Build and maintain positive subcontractor relations
- Continuously evaluate quality, safety, scheduling and cost control measures and enforce site safety
- Mentor team members as needed
- Manage the construction schedule and ensure the highest quality product is delivered on time and within budget
- Implement recovery strategies to maintain schedule, authorize payments for materials received and work completed
- Provide clear answers to buyers about how the home is built and ensure the overall condition of the home at move‑in is satisfactory
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times
- Ensure homes are completed by the original date provided to the homebuyer
- Maintain a clean, orderly and visually appealing worksite during construction
- Manage the post‑close warranty process, assessing requests, determining action, scheduling trades, and ensuring quality assurance
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma/GED with 1+ years of construction experience preferred, or completion of the TM360 Learning curriculum;
Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field preferred - Demonstrated knowledge of new‑home construction processes, scheduling and cost‑control procedures
- Ability to read, understand and interpret construction documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and with strong computer skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills and strong organizational skills
- Customer‑service oriented, with customer as number one priority
- Flexible and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned

$63,640 – $92,280 (annual) with up to 20% bonus or commission, $6,000 annual auto allowance.
