You will serve as a vital preconstruction leader, driving the accurate cost analysis and bidding strategy for high-profile commercial construction projects. This role allows you to shape the financial foundation of major hospitality and gaming developments while collaborating with a sophisticated internal team. • Formulate comprehensive project estimates by thoroughly analyzing blueprints, specifications, and proposals.
• Quantify detailed material, labor, and equipment requirements to ensure highly accurate cost projections.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor bids to secure competitive pricing and ensure complete scope coverage.
• Conduct risk assessments on project documents to identify potential budget variances or missing details.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to develop value engineering solutions that optimize budgets.
• Maintain an organized database of historical cost data, vendor pricing, and local market trends.

• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar commercial project estimates from start to finish.
• Deep financial acumen paired with extensive experience in construction cost tracking and material takeoffs.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed architectural drawings, engineering specifications, and schedules.
• Advanced knowledge of construction estimating software, Auto Desk Build, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and organizational skills necessary for managing vendor relationships and bid dynamics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated experience estimating high-profile hospitality sites, gaming centers, or high-end tenant improvements.
• Completion of specialized training in construction forecasting, cost control, or value engineering.
