We're on the hunt for a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee petroleum construction projects from kickoff through completion. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, customer communication, and overall project execution while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.

The ideal candidate has experience managing petroleum, fuel system, underground storage tank (UST), convenience store, or commercial construction projects in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent jobs.

Your Mission

Oversee full project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to final turnover, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.

Manage all field operations, coordinating with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors.

Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, including OSHA, HAZWOPER, API, and EPA standards.

Review and approve construction plans, drawings, submittals, and technical specifications.

Develop and manage construction schedules, budgets, forecasts, and progress tracking tools.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and regulatory agencies throughout project execution.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, safety, and quality control.

Lead project meetings, facilitate conflict resolution, and drive decision-making to avoid delays.

Ensure all required inspections, testing, and documentation are completed and filed appropriately.

What You Bring to the Table

5+ years of experience in petroleum fuel system installation, service, construction, or project management

Strong knowledge of petroleum fueling equipment and systems, including fuel dispensers, pumps, retail POS systems, monitoring equipment, UST/AST installations, leak detection, corrosion protection, and related safety standards

Prior experience scheduling construction teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with construction estimating, project budgeting, and cost tracking

Familiarity with pre-lien requirements, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation preferred

Experience working within multi-branch, multi-location organizations preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management or estimation software; experience with Net Suite and Fieldpoint is a plus

Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed

Before You Leap

Some positions require travel and overnight stays. Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC

All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of the following:

Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.

Ability to pass pre-employment drug-screening and background check. This position is classified as safety-sensitive, it requires the applicant to pass a comprehensive drug test, including screening for marijuana, as a condition of employment.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.
