The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas. This role oversees multiple commercial and industrial tile and stone projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring quality, schedule, safety, and budget targets are met. Daily responsibilities include planning project timelines, coordinating labor and materials, reviewing drawings and specifications, and leading construction meetings with clients, general contractors, and internal teams.

The Senior Project Manager monitors job progress, manages change orders, supports inspections and quality control, and resolves field issues in collaboration with superintendents and forepersons. The role also includes mentoring junior project managers, supporting estimating and value engineering efforts, and contributing to continuous improvement of project delivery processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage client relationships in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.

• Manage multiple multi-million-dollar commercial projects simultaneously
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and construction documents
• Oversee and process change orders, RFIs, and submittals
• Prepare and manage project billings and cost tracking
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and stakeholders
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues proactively

• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
• Strong experience with hotel, casino, or large hospitality projects preferred
• Extensive knowledge of tile and stone installation practices and materials
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience with project scheduling, cost control, and billing processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email correspondence
• Positive, solutions-oriented attitude with strong leadership capabilities
