Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position Overview.
We are an established Las Vegas builder looking for a high-caliber Licensed Construction Superintendent to serve as our primary Qualified Employee (QE). In this hybrid leadership role, you will break the monotony of standard construction by driving efficiency across our fast-paced production lines while exercising your eye for precision. If you want the autonomy to manage both the schedule and the strategy, this is your next step.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance: Serve as the technical qualifier for the company's NSCB license, ensuring all field operations, safety protocols, and building practices adhere strictly to Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS 624).
- Production Field Management: Drive volume-based production housing schedules. Efficiently coordinate trades to hit cycle-time targets, manage material staging, and close homes on schedule.
- Inspection & Quality Control: Maintain a high first-pass rate for Clark County building inspections (structural, MEP rough-ins, and finals) across all project types. Ensure zero-defect delivery at final walk-throughs.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Manage relationships with both volume-rate production trades and specialized custom artisans, enforcing strict safety, scheduling, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensing Eligibility: Must be eligible to immediately qualify as a QE under the NSCB. Preference is given to candidates who have held an active B-2 or B license classification in Nevada within the past 5 years.
- Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years of residential construction supervision. Must demonstrate a proven track record of managing high-volume production builds plus hands-on experience with high-end custom home construction.
- Technical Mastery: Expert ability to read and interpret production house plans, complex custom architectural blueprints, structural engineering details, and MEP schematics.
- Logistics & Leadership: Strong scheduling skills with a history of hitting strict closing deadlines without sacrificing build quality or safety.
An attractive bonus structure will also be in addition to the base pay.
