Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Superintendent role based in Las Vegas, NV. The Superintendent will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects adhere to the schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include managing field staff, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining compliance with building codes and regulations. The Superintendent will also collaborate closely with project managers to address challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
Superintendent responsible for working with Project Managers and the Design team with consistent communication. This position will report to the Director of Operations.
Qualifications- Construction Management, Project Scheduling, and Site Supervision skills
- Knowledge of Safety Protocols, Quality Assurance, and Building Codes
- Problem-Solving, Conflict Resolution, and Time Management skills
- Proficiency in Construction Software and Technology
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- 5+ years of experience in managing commercial construction projects
- OSHA certification and familiarity with compliance requirements
