JOB SUMMARYResponsible for cost estimating, progress budgeting, change order pricing, cost forecasting including monthly projections. Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4

- Must possess a working knowledge of the electrical trade with a minimum of 5 years experience as an electrical project manager.
- Establishment of project estimates and management of cost.
- Project submittal process, including submission, approvals, and release of approvals.
- Day to day interaction with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors.
- Responsible for all job-related costs including procurement of major materials and equipment.
- Monitoring of all job-related costs, including but not limited to, labor, rental equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Understanding of the Company s financial software systems, including but not limited to Spectrum, and other software utilized by the Everus companies.
- Understanding of ACCUBID estimating software.
- Monthly cost analysis.
- This position is required to drive.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).
