Traveling Superintendent
If you are a Traveling Construction Superintendent/PM with Commercial Public Works/Government Experience please read on! If not local to CA, AZ, NV you will have to travel and be able to return home once a month. We currently are looking for candidates for 2 year Project in Las Vegas. We also have project in Lemoore CA.

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent/PM (Field Manager) to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will manage on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers to ensure project timelines are met.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure proper execution and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track project performance and progress.
- Implement best practices for safety, quality control, and project management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, specifically in commercial/ Federal Government or Historic Preservation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
