Construction Project Engineer

Support project delivery from preconstruction through closeout by coordinating documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment between field operations and project plans.

• Assist with project coordination including submittals, RFIs, and document control
• Support preconstruction efforts such as scope review, takeoffs, and vendor communication
• Track project progress and maintain accurate reporting using project management tools
• Work closely with field teams to ensure alignment between plans and execution
• Maintain organized project documentation and assist with closeout deliverables

• Experience working with a General Contractor on construction projects
• Background supporting multifamily construction projects
• Strong proficiency in Procore for project tracking and documentation
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools
• Understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specifications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
