Construction Supervisor; onsite

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions. Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non‑negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

• Oversee project buildout to ensure safety and quality standards are met, including ongoing safety compliance
• Communicate and coordinate with contractors, supervisors, management, and other stakeholders
• Manage construction schedules
• Oversee quality control/quality assurance to confirm work meets design requirements and standards
• Prepare project updates and reports for stakeholders
• Provide project support as directed by leadership for all construction-related activities
• Serve as liaison between the contractor and project management team, including environmental oversight
