Key Responsibilities
- Lead all field operations while maintaining a relentless commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and schedule.
- Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors, trade partners, vendors, and field personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
- Drive construction schedules, manpower planning, sequencing, and milestone completion on large, complex projects.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Owners, Design Teams, and Client Representatives to proactively resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
- Conduct regular jobsite meetings and communicate project progress, risks, and recovery strategies to project leadership.
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and contract requirements.
- Oversee inspections, commissioning activities, turnover planning, punch list completion, and project closeout.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement while mentoring field leaders and developing future talent.
- Maintain strict adherence to all safety regulations and company policies while fostering an environment where safety is the highest priority.
- 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent within General Contracting or Electrical Construction.
- Experience leading large commercial, industrial, mission‑critical, manufacturing, semiconductor, healthcare, or data‑center projects is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple trade partners while maintaining schedule, quality, and budget expectations.
- Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, technically demanding construction environment.
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms is preferred.
- OSHA certifications and additional safety credentials are considered a plus.
