Ready to lead major heavy civil projects and build something that lasts?
We're conducting a confidential search for an experienced General Superintendent to lead field operations for a growing heavy civil contractor with a strong backlog of work in the Las Vegas market.
If your background includes earthwork, excavation, grading, underground utilities, water/wastewater, sewer, dry utilities, and gas
, we'd like to talk.
- Lead multiple Superintendents and field operations.
- Drive safety, quality, production, and profitability.
- Plan resources, equipment, and manpower across multiple projects.
- Mentor and develop high-performing field teams.
- Partner with project management to deliver successful projects.
- 10+ years of heavy civil construction experience.
- Proven leadership of large field operations.
- Strong background in earthwork, excavation, and underground utilities.
- Experience with HCSS and Heavy Job is a plus.
- Bonus up to 20%
- Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
- Gas card
- 401(k) with 100% company match up to 6%
- Annual Profit Sharing (company contributes an additional 6% of salary)
