Construction Manager

A reputable construction company in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per week and includes accommodation for foreign candidates.

• Develop project plans and timelines ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget
• Manage and coordinate contractors subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality work is completed according to project specifications
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements
• Communicate with clients architects engineers and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
• Prepare and submit project reports including budget updates progress reports and any issues or concerns that may arise
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project
• Train and supervise construction workers to maintain high-quality standards

• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related field
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and processes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
• Biometric passport for foreign candidates
