Construction Project Coordinator

A reputable construction company in Las Vegas is seeking a highly motivated and organized Construction Project Coordinator to join our team As a key member of our project management team the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing various construction projects from inception to completion This role will require strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members contractors and clients

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects including scheduling budgeting and resource allocation
• Communicate regularly with project managers contractors and clients to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate project documentation for all assigned projects
• Assist with bidding process for new projects by reviewing proposals and providing input on cost estimates
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on job sites

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management or coordination role
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices

Salary $1100 per month
