Luxury Custom Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our custom home projects from preconstruction through completion.

• Preconstruction Leadership – Participate in project planning, estimating, and budgeting
• Preconstruction Leadership – Develop preliminary project schedules
• Preconstruction Leadership – Collaborate with design professionals and consultants
• Preconstruction Leadership – Identify project risks and opportunities early in the process
• Preconstruction Leadership – Assist clients in understanding scope, budget, and project expectations
• Financial Management – Develop and maintain project budgets
• Financial Management – Manage forecasts and financial reporting
• Financial Management – Track commitments, costs, allowances, and change orders
• Financial Management – Ensure projects remain aligned with financial objectives
• Client Experience – Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project
• Client Experience – Lead client meetings and project updates
• Client Experience – Guide clients through selections, decisions, and project milestones
• Client Experience – Build trust through proactive communication and transparency
• Project Planning & Execution – Develop and maintain project schedules

• Required Experience:
  
  5+ years of Project Management experience in custom residential construction
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing
• Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
