Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join a growing commercial construction team on a contract-to-hire basis. This individual will manage 1-3 commercial construction projects at a time and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning through closeout. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, client communication, quality control, and overall project execution to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently lead projects with minimal oversight. Projects include restaurants, gaming bars, hospitality venues, retail developments, tenant improvements, warehouses, office spaces, mini-storage facilities, and other commercial construction work throughout the Las Vegas market. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage 1-3 active commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project financials
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, and project documentation in Procore
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and project milestones
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to clients and stakeholders
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
