Overview

A confidential, nationally recognized investment firm is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to support the continued growth of its in-house Marketing Department. This role will work closely with the Marketing Manager to produce print and digital collateral for the firm’s nationwide investment offerings. The ideal candidate is an experienced, detail-oriented designer who can balance creativity with technical precision and maintain brand integrity across all materials.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing national brand by helping visually tell the story of the company’s investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, investor presentations, email campaigns, and web graphics.
  • Create images and visual elements that communicate company messaging, such as logos, infographics, and web/email assets.
  • Handle both creative and production tasks, including photo editing, image sourcing, and layout refinements for existing marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and team to refine designs based on feedback and ensure projects meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Update and adapt property offerings while ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with disclosure standards.
  • Prepare print-ready files, manage production specifications, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Maintain organized file structures, proper naming conventions, and version control across all deliverables.
  • Balance multiple priorities simultaneously with excellent attention to detail and time management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably within corporate marketing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of print and digital production workflows, layout, and typography.
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and deliver polished, accurate work on tight timelines.
  • Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email and web layout adjustments.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar platforms).

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who excels at managing projects independently within an established brand framework.
Regular hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with daily in-office collaboration expected.
