• The Live Broadcast Production team oversees the planning, production, and execution of live event broadcasts delivered to fans worldwide. This group partners closely with events, media, and broadcast teams to ensure high-quality, real-time content across platforms. Their work supports both live event coverage and post-production workflows that bring UFC programming to air and in-venue audiences. The team plays a critical role in maintaining broadcast standards and delivering a seamless viewing experience.

Responsibilities

• Support a primarily post-production environment by assisting with the organization and distribution of media assets to editors
• Create and organize template-based graphics used in live broadcasts and related programming
• Assist with the creation of short-form video edits for broadcast and in-venue audiences
• Help maintain and organize fighter highlight libraries and archived content
• Support the Live Broadcast Production team on additional projects and duties as needed

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Graduate degree program directly related to the role, such as Television, Film, Communications, Journalism, or a similar discipline;
  Junior, Senior, or Graduate-level standing preferred
• Willingness to learn and develop production skills, with a primary focus on post-production and live television broadcasting
• Familiarity with video editing software such as AVID or Adobe Premiere is preferred but not required
• Comfortable working on Mac-based systems and learning new software and production tools
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment

Program Details

We offer internship opportunities across IMG, On Location, Professional Bull Riders (P ), TKO Corporate, UFC, and WWE. Locations include New York City, Atlanta, Austin, Raleigh, Dallas, Fort Worth, Las Vegas, and Stamford, CT. All internships are in the office and in-person, unless otherwise noted.

In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in events such as welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops addressing everything from Linked In profile enhancement to resume building, interviewing skills, and networking.

Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the intern location.
