Position SummaryWe are looking for a Podcast/Radio Production Assistant to help our team create, record, and share high-quality audio content. In this role, you’ll gain hands‑on experience with recording, editing, and producing shows while learning how a professional media team operates. This is a great opportunity to build technical skills and get real‑world experience in podcast and radio production.
What You’ll Do- Assist with recording sessions and set up audio equipment.
- Edit audio using software like Audacity, Adobe Audition, or similar tools.
- Prepare show notes and manage episode uploads.
- Help schedule and coordinate guest appearances.
- Support promotional efforts for shows, including social media content.
- Ensure audio quality is high and recordings run smoothly.
- Work closely with team members to support daily production tasks.
- Basic familiarity with audio editing software or willingness to learn.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
