AGS is seeking a highly skilled Video Production Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of video production, including marketing, advertising, and promotional videos. This role requires exceptional knowledge of videography, composition, storytelling, and proficiency in operating camera devices and lighting, both in studio environments and live settings such as casinos.
Responsibilities- Planning, development, and execution of digital programs and campaigns aligned with business goals, including online advertising, website strategy, social media, and deliverables interfacing with marketing communications functions, as well as product marketing, PR, and events.
- Coordinate the creation of digital content and develop, manage, and design layouts of communications such as presentations, e-newsletters, event support materials, etc.
- Working closely with our Creative Services team, lead ongoing management of digital touchpoints, including the website, social networking landing pages, etc.
- Develop internal communications digital campaigns and execute them.
- Work directly with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Company leadership to create professional presentations and campaigns.
- Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing, advertising, and promotional videos.
- Manage the entire video production process from pre-production through to post-production and distribution.
- Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices proficiently.
- Supervise all aspects of video production including scripting, shooting, and editing.
- Utilize motion graphics and 3D animation skills to enhance video content.
- Produce and direct video shoots, ensuring high‑quality output that aligns with AGS’ brand standards.
- Manage own shoot schedule and coordinate with internal stakeholders for project timelines.
- Collaborate with freelancers and third‑party video agencies for large‑scale campaigns.
- Produce recap videos, promotional product videos, and oversee livestream/podcast production.
- The ability and enthusiasm to support other Marketing initiatives from time‑to‑time, such as events, promotions, internal communications, employee events, and community‑focused activities.
- Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) in video production with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Expertise in videography techniques, composition, and storytelling.
- The proven ability to be able to develop a social presence and advocate brands effectively.
- Expertise in of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other media editing software (Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Advanced skills in motion graphics and 3D animation, using software like Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D.
- Enthusiasm and passion for your craft, for the company, and for the team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem‑solving skills.
- Deadline oriented and the ability to multi‑task.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
- Understanding of social media platforms and other key areas, including SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
