RoleThe Creative Producer is the strategic and operational force behind 's content ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy and production logistics. You turn ideas into finished assets at scale and ensure every piece of media is on brand, on message, and executed at the highest standard. You combine deep production experience with strong creative instincts. You understand story and performance, and you understand scheduling, resourcing, and how to run production with precision.
Your job is to translate 's brand strategy into world-class content that reaches millions while maintaining the elite positioning of the brand.
- Translate brand strategy into concepts, episodes, and series that reinforce 's positioning
- Develop hooks, outlines, formats, and story structures built for performance on modern platforms
- Collaborate with writers, editors, and strategists to shape scripts, narrative beats, and creative direction
- Maintain and update creative playbooks for titles, thumbnails, hooks, and pacing
- Lead all pre‑production including schedules, call sheets, scripts, outlines, shot lists, and run‑of‑show documents
- Coordinate talent, crew, equipment, locations, and overall production resources
- Run production days with clear creative direction and operational efficiency
- Maintain content calendars, workflows, asset tracking, and version control
- Direct on‑set creative elements including delivery, pacing, clarity, and tone
- Provide final brand and quality approvals on flagship content
- Repurpose long‑form content into platform‑specific assets such as Shorts, Reels, carousels, or ads
- Provide clear, timely feedback to editors and designers to maintain output velocity
- Use AI for ideation, script drafting, editing support, and analytics to increase efficiency
- Build scalable systems that streamline production and reduce bottlenecks
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews to identify top performers and process improvements
- Maintain predictable production rhythms across all major content formats
- 7+ years of experience as a Creative Producer, Senior Producer, or similar role in digital media, You Tube, branded content, or entertainment
- Proven ability to operate across creative strategy and production logistics
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, hooks, and modern content platform dynamics
- Experienced in managing production teams, directing on set, and overseeing editors
- Expert understanding of You Tube, Tik Tok, Instagram, Linked In, and platform best practices
- Fluency with AI tools and modern production workflows
- Ability to operate in a high‑performance environment with multiple priorities
- A high‑functioning, system‑driven content machine with predictable output and elite quality
