Media Designer

CNDUIT is a technology company focused on seed-to-sale lifecycle management. We help businesses across cannabis streamline growth, compliance, and customer engagement through innovative design, data systems, and brand integration.

We’re looking for a Media Designer with strong creative and technical skills to produce engaging visual assets across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for design, understands visual branding for business environments, and can translate strategy into clean, compelling deliverables.

• Design and develop graphic content, including POS materials, marketing collateral, web assets, and social media visuals.
• Produce and prepare image outputs across formats for digital and print use.
• Create prototypes, media, and assets in Adobe XD, Figma, or both for digital platform, ads, screens, display.
• Assist in the planning and design of ads for digital campaigns, print, and in-store displays.

• 2+ years of experience in graphic or media design (agency or in-house).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Adobe XD and/or Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with digital ad formats.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
