Studio Production Engineer​/Podcast & Video Technology Specialist

We are building a modern in‑house studio environment to produce high‑quality podcasts, interviews, and video content.

We are seeking a Studio Production Engineer who is passionate about video technology, studio equipment, and production systems.

This is a technical role
, not a creative director role.

You will be responsible for ensuring that cameras, microphones, lighting, and production software operate flawlessly across our office studio, auditorium, and podcast environments.

The ideal candidate is someone who loves production technology, enjoys solving technical problems, and takes pride in building systems that run smoothly.

• Set up and manage podcast and video recording environments
• Configure cameras, microphones, and lighting for productions
• Operate vMix for recording and live switching
• Operate and maintain our office auditorium production system, including LED wall, cameras, lighting, and audio
• Run multi‑camera productions and events
• Configure mirrorless camera setups for high‑quality video capture
• Manage camera signal routing via capture cards or HDMI
• Configure and maintain audio systems including:
  Ensure clean, professional audio recording.
• Set up professional lighting for podcasts and talking‑head content
• Optimize lighting for cinematic quality

• Capture cards and signal routing
• Elgato Stream Deck controls

Quickly diagnose and resolve issues involving:

• Signal routing

• Assist during podcast and interview recordings
• Capture b‑roll content when needed
• Prepare studio environments before recordings
