JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking motivated and creative Photographers and Photographer Assistants to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about photography looking to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment. The Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality portraits of students/athletes and staff during our busy season. They will ensure a positive and efficient picture day experience for schools and teams.

Set up and break down of mobile photography studios (camera, lights, laptops, etc.). The Photographer’s Assistant will support the lead photographer in various tasks, including photo shoots, posing, set up and break down of the mobile photography studio.

These positions all have ongoing paid training.

Duties for photographers

• Capture high-quality portraits of students/athletes and staff on picture day
• Ensure a positive and efficient picture day experience for schools and teams
• Set up and break down mobile photography studios (camera, lights, laptops, etc.)

Duties for photographer’s assistant

• Assist lead photographer with posing of students/athletes and staff on picture day
• Ensure a positive and efficient picture day experience for schools and teams
• Check in of students/athletes
• Set up and break down mobile photography studios (camera, lights, laptops, etc.)

The Skills You’ll Bring

• Basic photography skills (posing, communication, and great attitude)
• Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
• Strong leadership and communications skills (verbal and written)
• Valid driver's license and reliable, and account coordination
• Comfortable with early morning and seasonal demands
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a bonus!
