About the Roleis the world's largest premium dating platform, founded and led by an MIT alumnus and headquartered in Las Vegas. We work at the intersection of technology, consumer psychology, and product design at the highest level. Our mission is to help people foster genuine relationships and find love, and to rethink how social platforms can advance human connection.
We are hiring the Product Designer who is going to help us design the next generation of Seeking, and we are looking for a specific kind of designer. Not the designer who makes screens prettier. The designer who changes what a screen is for. We want someone who will rethink how we present information to our members so they can make better decisions, and faster ones: who to talk to, who to trust, what to say, when to act, when to hold back.
WhatYou'll Own Information Design & Decision Support
- Rethink how information is presented on Seeking so members can make better decisions and faster decisions. Every screen is an argument for what the member should do next; you own the argument.
- Design for cognitive load. Decide what to show, what to hide, and what to defer. Kill decoration that costs comprehension.
- Turn raw signal (profile data, verification state, activity, compatibility signals) into interfaces members can read at a glance.
- Own the design of the Seeking core experience across web and native iOS and Android: onboarding, discovery, matching, messaging, profile, and subscription surfaces.
- Move from insight to prototype to production. Wireframes, flows, interaction specs, high-fidelity design, and design QA at ship.
- Set and evolve the design system so the platform reads as one product, not five.
- Conduct or co-lead user research with the PM. Sit in on interviews, watch session recordings, read the tickets.
- Prototype in Figma, Framer, or code (v0, Lovable, Cursor) to test ideas with real members before an engineer touches them.
- Plan and run usability testing on the flows you own, and instrument the metrics that will tell you whether the design actually helped.
- Use Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and comparable tools every day to accelerate exploration, ideation, and production.
- Build and refine agent workflows that take work off your plate and let you produce at scale on your own.
- Contribute to a growing internal playbook so the whole design and product team compounds.
- A portfolio of shipped consumer product work with real users and referenceable outcomes. If your case studies do not name the metric your design moved and by how much, this is not the role for you.
- A demonstrated point of view on information design. Not "here is a nicer version": "here is why the old version made the member think about the wrong thing."
- Demonstrated ability to do the work, not just direct it. Recent design work where you personally drove the research, the flow, the prototype, and the design QA.
- Expert Figma. Component systems, auto-layout, prototyping, tokens, and multi-file library management.
- Fluency in modern prototyping tools that put working software in front of a user in hours, not weeks (Framer, v0, Lovable, Cursor, Replit, or comparable).
- Daily, fluent use of agentic AI tools (Claude, Claude Code,…
