Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a problem solver to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. We need enthusiastic individuals who can listen to customer service issues and offer a unique and innovative approach to each problem.

The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

• Guide and answer customer inquiries in a fast‑paced environment.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.
• Help customers navigate the company portal.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products and services.

Salary
: $18.84/hr this position is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
