We are currently seeing cats, dogs, pocket pets and all reptiles (except venomous snakes).

Animal Kindness Veterinary Hospital is looking for an outgoing and friendly receptionist with excellent customer service skills to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, independent, ambitious, provides great customer service, is detail oriented and reliable. You should be a fast typer, move quickly, able to multi-task, and process financial transactions accurately. Bi-lingual, Spanish speaking preferred.
** Responsibilities*
* · Greet and welcome clients and patients in a friendly and professional manner
· Manage multi-phone lines efficiently
· Organize and schedule appointments/walk-ins as needed
· Process client cash, credit card & other payment transactions
· Maintaining office cleanliness and organization
** Qualifications*
* · Proven experience as an outstanding Veterinary Receptionist preferred
· Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
· Time-management and organizational skills
· Handle stress and pressure with poise and tact
· Handle high volume of clients
· Excellent multi-tasking skills
· Ability to be confident around pets
· Previous experience with cornerstone desired
· Bi-lingual preferred You MUST be able to work weekends, holidays and have a flexible schedule.
