Sell Showroom reservations for all Golden Nugget properties;
Sell Tours/Concierge services and coordinate for guests;
Answering of phones and processing phone reservations;
Upselling tickets and actively encouraging guests to purchase tickets;
Provide information about the hotel and surrounding areas to all guests, in addition to printing boarding passes and assisting with other guest needs while providing excellent Service through all guest interactions
